Return-and-cancellation

Your personal wellbeing is important to us and we do our best to maintain high standards of hygiene. Due to the intimate nature of menstrual / personal hygiene products, our sanitary pads and panty liners are non-returnable. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different / wrong items delivered to you, please write to us at info@reettahygiene.com with the details. Such cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Upon receipt of the request, we will fully examine it and notify you within a reasonable time. Please note that we accept product-related concerns (e.g., damage, defective) only up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, you can cancel your order within 90 minutes of placing your order. In case you would like to cancel your order within this timeframe, please contact us on info@reettahygiene.com .

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: info@reettahygiene.com.
